Louis Tay is William C. Byham Associate Professor in Industrial-Organizational psychology at Purdue University. His research interests lie in well-being and research methodology. He is an associate editor at Organizational Research Methods and the director of the Well-Being and Measurement Lab (https://www.wam-lab.com/). He founded ExpiWell (https://www.expiwell.com/), an experience sampling software company that helps researchers around the world capture daily experiences in real-time.
